职位职责： 1. Supports new product introduction by playing an active role on cross-functional teams. Develops the Product Quality Plan, ensures compliance with the global product lifecycle processes and works with the larger quality team to establish the criteria, metrics & processes that assure product quality from development into production.
2. Monitors supplier quality and implements supplier corrective actions as necessary. Monitors the quality effectiveness of critical suppliers as well as of contract manufacturing partners. Manages and authorizes corrective action closures. Performs and coordinates audits to validate supplier’s processes and capabilities.
3. Investigates customer complaints regarding quality and measures the effectiveness of corrective actions. Works with the local multi-disciplinary team as well as the global Quality team to resolve product quality problems and address customer complaints.
4. Participates in manufacturing process control, data collection, and improvement.
